Wow! You are going to love this farm house style bungalow! Spacious, bright and cute as a button, this 1908 home has been completely renovated with all new everything while still keeping the original style of the home intact. Sit on the front porch in the quaint little town of Ellijay or take a stroll to the downtown square where you will find fabulous shopping, gifts, wine tasting, craft beer, music,restaurants, etc. You won't have to even get in the car once you are here if you choose, just walk to everything! And don't forget to checkout the Gilmer Arts Playhouse which is literally just steps away from the Bungalow where there is always something fun going on for all ages!
The bungalow offers two queen bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom as well as a washer & dryer. The living room is very roomy and decorated with comfort in mind. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly ask for to whip up some great meals.
And for you folks that don't like to travel without your fur family, the bungalow is dog friendly!

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.
Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls and propane grill.
In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).
Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.
The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Summary: Ideal in town location, quiet and clean.Nicely renovated, but does have some quirks attributed to age.(don’t we all!) Great towels and sheets. Bed a little too soft for us. Living room furniture not very cozy/comfortable(sofa).

Summary: The cottage was very cute and comfortable. One block from town making it easy to walk to shopping and dining. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our breakfast every morning. Beds were comfortable, had a washer and dryer, and there were plenty of supplies for laundry, dishwashing, etc. Also provided soap and shampoo. On our last day we walked to the farmers market one block away. It was lovely. I would definitely stay there again!

Summary: A well-appointed, charming bungalow in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the town square. The front porch was perfect for relaxing with coffee and drinks. The owners/managers were very responsive to questions before our trip and also checked in after we arrived to make sure everything was going well. We'd happily stay here again

Summary: Overall, we loved the little house. The kitchen was fabulous, location was perfect, however there were a couple of things we were a little disappointed in. The furniture in the living room was cute, but not comfortable for winding down at the end of the day, watching tv or just chatting. As I reported at the time of our departure, plumbing issues in the front bedroom bath. The toilet "bubbled" during showering and after showering would not flush. Had to use the plunger several times to make it flush. I understand it is an old house and appreciate that quaintness, but plumbing is an essential to be working properly. While experiencing this, we would definitely consider staying this location again, given the plumbing worked properly.

Summary: The bungalow was in a good area close to every thing. We could walk everywhere in downtown Ellijay. The only problem we had was one of the toilets kept stopping up and we had to be very careful with it.
