Summary: Fun hotel, love the pool area. Caesar at concierge was amazing. Good food options, reasonably priced. Front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. Terrace and swim club bars supposed to both be open at 11. Neither have staff, bar tender ignored me 3-4 times before finally acknowledging I was waiting. ?short staffed vs not friendly.

Summary: The room was too warm. We tried to adjust the thermostat but it never cooled off. The window shade was broken and would not go up more than two inches from the bottom. There are very few lights in the room so our room was very dark since we couldn’t open the shade. We were given a handicapped room which we did not request. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. One of the beds was against a wall which made sleeping uncomfortable. When our room was cleaned they did not replace toilet paper (We almost ran out.) nor replace dirty towels we left on the floor. We had to call to get more.
