Positive: Surya, the host, is very kind and accommodating; we had a couple of issues which she fixed to our satisfaction. The bed was large and comfortable; the ac was efficient. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. We had a kitchenette with facilities for modest cooking, water kettle and a clean fridge. About 20 minutes walk to the beautiful Lighthouse beach.

Negative: The bedroom faces a garden with palm trees, but the highly frequented road just behind it is visible and above all audible.

Summary: A friendly host and a comfortable stay for a day or two.

Positive: Very good management and excellent clean apartments. Plenty of amenities and shops around. Only a 15 minutes walk to the beach and Kovalam Area so it was a great stay. We will be back!

Positive: The manager Surya met us on site to ensure we were comfortable in our stay. We stayed at Down Town Holidays Kovalam for a week at Suite 103, truly it was very nice experience. Lots of stores and restaurants around and quick 15 mins walk to the beach and kovalam area. Lovely stay we will be back soon! Highly recommended
