Positive: Beautiful hotel with lots of character and history. The grounds were vast and they had some excellent entertainment on the lawn in the evening. Would def return

Negative: Some areas were a bit worn and could do with repair. E.g the parking at the back and the lawns were very yellow. Whilst all the staff were lovely it was a young team lacking in experience especially through busy periods. However this was mosly made up for with a very attentive manager.

Positive: The room view was beautiful, overlooking the fountain, made for a relaxing stay. The room itself was large with lovely high ceilings. Stunning building all round well thought out themes for restaurant and bars.

Negative: The rooms were stuffy and dated. The staff seemed confused on whether our room included breakfast (I insisted it didn't, they said it did) and we ended up getting charged so I guess I was right.
