Positive: The cottage is very cozy and comfortable, a perfect countryside getaway. We slept very well in the big bed. A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for people who love to cook. The cottage is very close to Louth so we tried some local craft beer and cheese in the quaint little market town. The guest family is very friendly and helpful. We plan to return!

Positive: Comfortable and everything there that we need. We can't find any fault or missing!

Negative: Only the lounge room is very cold, the other rooms are fine. We tried to turn the temperature up, especially in the lounge room but made no different. And outside the decking is very slippery when frozen.

Positive: This is our second time staying here. We love the location between the Wolds and the fantastic beaches. The cottage itself is a good size for the two of us with our two dogs. The dogs love the huge garden to run around and explore. We love the well-equipped kitchen, the fact we can watch Netflix etc on the tv and the secluded terrace area which is a lovely sun trap. The bed is big and comfortable and the whole place is very clean. The owners live on site which is really helpful if anything is needed but they are unobtrusive and the area is very quiet. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Im sure we will be back again.

Negative: It’s hard to get the dogs out of the garden haha!
