Positive: Modern, spotless condo at the ocean and the river. Located in a safe and attractive neighborhood. A great place for those that want to visit but not be in the crowds. There is a secured parking garage with ultra easy access. Having a washer/dryer combo was wonderful. There are a multitude of places to walk and ride bikes. A full service grocery store is not too far away. There are some restaurants next to the condos at the marina. Having a car is convenient. Most of the streets are narrow. I took UBER everywhere across the bridge and it cost an average of $6 a ride. This place is perfect. If you can find this property available book it! You won't regret it..

Positive: Excellent. Spacious apartment with quality fittings, equipment for self-cater, comfortable bed. Balcony to watch the locals enjoy the beach. Booklet available to indicate location of restaurants, buses, shopping etc. Suggestions of what to see in Porto. Many options for eating out. Restful finish to weeks of hectic travel.

Negative: During our stay there were heavy construction works right under the apartment, from 8-9am till 5-6pm. We were outside most of those periods anyway, so it wasn’t too annoying, but everything would have been perfect otherwise.

Positive: 1. Parking, easy to access and secure 2. Met on arrival. Quick tour and intro, exactly what was needed 3. Excellent position for a dog friendly appartment. 4. Appartment was well equipped. Both cooked and did laundry easily. 5. Good postion for both modern and authentic dining experiences 6. Spit from the beach and a balcony to experience the sunset.

Negative: I was pretty much on board with everything.

Positive: The property has everything that you need, even for a long stay. Sandra is a great host and is always available. The location is exceptional, where you can experience a great sunset everyday. Great for remote work or vacation very close to the beach. Our dog loved the big balcony ❤️🐶

Negative: It stays a bit too crowded in the area during the (summer) weekends. The wifi in the balcony is not great (for video calls).
