Negative: We shouldn't pay to rent a bathrobe at the spa. It should be a deposit given back when returning it.

Positive: The hotel itself is nice. Great location.
Negative: I booked this hotel. because it has a spa. I needed a few days away to rest and recover. I booked a massage for our last but one day as it’s something I needed. I booked with reception for 11am the next day. About 10am they rang the room to tell me I couldn’t get a massage until the end of the week. I was going home the next day. Gutted.
Summary: Nice but no massage.
