Summary: Needs an update had a problem getting suites we paid for. Also had an issue with the manager and my service dog. Overall probably a 2 1/2 trating overall.

Summary: Amazing, professional staff that greeting me with a smile. Check-in was quick and easy and property is well-kept. Hotel is walkng dustance to downtown, casinos, and a variety of restaurants. Will definitely stay at this location again and I highly recommend this property.

Summary: I stayed at Double Tree Hotel it was clean and in a nice area. I went to a boxing match at the Little Ceasars Arena. I enjoyed the restaurant downstairs the drinks and food was good.

Summary: My family of 5 stayed in Queen Suite that included 2 rooms, a bedroom with 2 queen beds and another room with a pull out couch. The room was clean and spacious. Our room A/C never reached the proper temperature (we weren’t able to change it ourselves, and it was “set” to 68°, but never made it below 74°), and our toilet ran constantly. The Starbucks in the lobby was great, and all of the staff were great. The gym was a little lackluster and there was no pool. I guess I just expected more for this price tag (about $350 a night).
