Summary: I gave a good rating due to the front desk personnel (Emily) exceptional customer service. Upon arrival the handicap amenities that were requested was not honored and after several attempts to correct the situation. It seemed like an endless battle, but the hotel redeemed itself and demonstrated great customer service.

Summary: We had an amazing stay last night. My husband and I were here for a concert and it was so easy to check in, the room was great and clean, fully stocked, and the bed is sooooo comfy!!! The staff are very nice and we got checked in and out in a timely manner.
