Negative: I wish it had an outdoor pool to get in some natural sunlight.

Positive: Lovely warm cookies on arrival, Great english from check in and check out. The rooms are really spacious and clean. Best hotel i’ve stayed at in Shenzhen for the price point.

Positive: Awesome hotel, perfect to stay with family, they had kitchen and washing machine. Spacious well maintained room. Staffs were very kind and smiling. Best breakfast we have had in our stay so far, a bit overcrowded on a Sunday morning but was managed well be the staffs

Negative: The location of this hotel is away from Shenzhen metro.. need to walk at least 20 mins from the closest exit. For a non local who is not familiar with Shenzhen it might be difficult to reach hotel using public transport. But well connected by road, so go for taxi

Positive: Hotel was fantastic - staff were helpful and kind, and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was fantastic. It is located next to the "Dutch Flower Town" with lovely walks and cafes. Great restaurants were about a 10min walk away.

Positive: The room was spacious for a family of 4. Location was in easy reach of everywhere, normally a taxi ride around 18RMB or below to reach to city. Highly recommend!

Negative: It was misleading on the website to say the room can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. There was no sofa bed and we had to ask for another bed with extra cost per night.
