Summary: The staf was wonderful, minus the desk clerk that received my call about the lamp and outlet between my bed not working. When I called back that evening, Imani sent someone right away. The drinks were ok, dinner; our fries were cold and although we were the only ones in the dining area, food took a long time. Breakfast wasn't good at all. The heater was filled with caked on dust that blew out everywhere. At first I was able to regulate the thermostat (on auto) then it blew non-stop literally burning my eyes from the dust. The room wasnt cleaned well upon arrival, but not terrible. The pool wasnt heated but they were trying to work on it. The lobby was very nice as well. Unfortunately, I wont stay there again

Summary: I got a great price on this just due to the day/market price... Normally I'm in some lower star hotels so I may be easily impressed, but really, it's a great hotel. The staff was polite and everything was very clean and comfortable, communicative as well. Rec room and pool were crazy to have access to, so if you need to keep up with fitness, they keep these nice, too. Thank you to the staff for such a pleasant hotel experience on all sides.
