Summary: The hotel needs a remodel for sure! Cleanliness was horrible! The group we went with found bed bugs. The pool outside was not well lit I actually slipped and fell into a palm tree. We normally go every year to this hotel and it seems to have gotten worse. I found a huge dead bug inside the public bathroom! We wouldn’t have stayed but we were at a convention. It’s unfortunate that service has gone down hill.

Summary: The carpet was smelly and they used too much air freshener to try to cover it up. My chair in my room either had a burn stain or a poop stain, I couldn't tell. Never again.
