Summary: The room was great and I got a really good deal because it was connected to another room which was a little noisy, but I knew there was probably a reason as to why is such a good deal - haha. I was happy and it suited my travel purposes!! The establishment is beautiful, and everyone was very friendly and helpful

Summary: ME AND MY FAMILY HAD BEEN VISITING YOUR HOTEL IN THA PAST 2 YEARS AND EVERYTHING IS FINE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE ELEVATORS, THEY ARE VERY SLOW, MOST OF THE TIME ONLY OPERATES ONE OF THEM AND THEY MAKE THE HOTEL TO LOOK DECREPITE, OLD AND IN BAD SHAPE

Summary: Our toilet seat would not stay up. You had to hold on to it while going to the bathroom. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The lights across the bathroom sink were disgustingly dirty.
