Positive: Good location. Easy access to restaurants.

Negative: No housekeeping unless requested. Didn’t show up on the day requested. Additional charge for parking but no spaces available. Unable to plug in coffee pot…had to move it over to night stand to use. I would expect, at the very least, clean towel daily. Restaurant long distance from rooms. Ramp instead of elevator was difficult for me.

Summary: Nothing special except location…plenty of other places in the area…will most likely not stay again.

Negative: The staff, they were very rude and dismissive when I asked about our breakfast vouchers. Staff were dressed unprofessionally, looked like they didn’t want to be there, were not kind or polite.
