Summary: Towels had rips in them and there was leftover food in the fridge from the person who stayed before, so that tells me that they didn’t clean out the fridge

Summary: In general the stay was good. The room was well stocked and pleasant except for a noisy A/C unit. It snowed while we were there and the parking lot was terrible! No plowing or sand and salt.

Summary: I stay often over the years. When I turned on the water in my sink rusty yellow liquid came out. When I asked the front desk for a bottle of water so I could drink and brush my teeth he said if you buy it. When the room next store took a shower the pressure was so loud it could be heard three rooms over. And it was 5:30 AM. I rarely have issues when I stay but this time was disappointing.

Summary: The hotel room was actually not as clean and tidy as it initially appeared to be. The staff were friendly enough but not enough information was provided at check in, just thr bare minimum. We still dont know if breakfast was included in our stay and we didnt have any

Summary: Staff was not interested in the well being of the customers. Mostly browsing on their phones and seemed disconnected (especially the night staff). Hotel was relatively clean but rooms show their age. Light easily passes through the drapes. Windows are thin so it’s very cold close to them and also noise from road traffic near by keeps penetrating. Not ideal if you want to get a good nights sleep. Smell of weed was in the hallways and around the hotel. Not sure if the staff can enforce no smoking in rooms as our floor regularly reeked with smell of weed.
