Summary: Servce during breakfast was not good. Food was good but food order was incorrect and was took too long to get served. Restaurant understaffed and unorganized. One elevator out of order was a huge inconvenience. Walked up 7 flights of stairs to get to my room after waiting 15 minutes for elevator. Needed to get to graduation so time was of the essence. Bed too soft which resulted in back discomfort.

Summary: First room was handicapped and smelled…we got a difference room on the 10th floor but had one working elevator which made coming and going impossible. while exiting the garage the gate work only occasionally. The bar was a joke. In my room the grab bar in the shower was not secured at the bottom and the button to activate the shower fell out everytime you turned off the shower. Staff was accommodating and polite…not thei fault but the hotel in general was out dated and in disrepair

Summary: I spent two nights here with my sister for some Poughkeepsie adventures and it was the perfect home base! Our room was really well appointed and we utilized the fridge and desk to our full advantage. We had leftover meals in the room and produced art at the desk together! I loved our interactions with other guests and specifically Brittany at the front desk. Watch out for the left side dryer as it ate our quarters but we had them returned at the front desk when we told them what happened. I would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: Stay was wonderful, great location to the venue. Staff was absolutely amazing, young staff , everyone of these young adults were respectful, friendly, helpful. The rest of the world should follow their example.

Summary: The staff and hotel were very good. My daughter had recently broken her leg and that part made the hotel minorly difficult. 1 of the 2 elevators was not functional and with no stairs leading to the lobby, very busy. If was difficult to get a wheelchair into the elevator, as its was usually full with people. We waited on average 10 mintues to get enough room for the wheelchair. The stairwells were also confusing as you decend to the bottom floor, which you would assume is the lobby its in gact a non exit, which seems confusing and dangerous. Very loud at night, doors slam extremely loud and people partying late and loud. Good rooms, great staff, convenience of parking garage are the pros. Not wonderful accessibility for handicap guests and confusing layout are the cons.

Summary: The hotel was nicely remodeled. Unfortunately, room service was not available, but I was able to order and pick it up in the bar. The hotel was very quiet and pretty clean, although there were long hairs from I assume housekeeping, around the bathroom.
