Positive: Never got to have breakfast! The dining room was closed by 10 am.

Negative: I am coming from a location that has 75°F. The weather in Poughkeepsie had changed and gotten colder (68°F). I could not increase the heat in the room. They sent an engineer who explained that the thermostat had not been changed yet for Fall/Winter. So the highest the temperature in the room was 68 F! Housekeeping did bring me two additional blankets, so I slept warm. However, sitting in the room, I had on a merino wool long-sleeve blouse and my down jacket. The hotel could not bring an electric heater.

Summary: I came for a Celebration of Life, so I was out of the room during the day. Still, heat is needed!

Positive: Great hotel and facilities. Rooms are amazing with the best views. The only downside is breakfast has to be paid , its not included in room price. Location also good.

Positive: The Room was Spacious & Clean. The Front Desk Staff were courteous & fast. Location is convenient-a short walk from the train station. Also, the Bus Station is across the Street. They were gracious to give us a room with a Bathtub, per our request.
