Positive: The overall cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel was quite pleasant...definitely made up for some the issues I had with the hotel. The personal from the front desk down to the house keeping staff made my stay acceptable for the price I paid.

Negative: The elevators need attending to, my friend had elevator drop down a floor or two as he was returning to our room on the 6 floor. That experience shook him up a little bit. The shower heads and pressure could be updated and tweaked. Rooms are a little tight as far as spacing to include the bathrooms. The one community microwave for the entire hotel located in the lobby isn't feasible, there sure be at least one per floor for convenience.

Positive: Friendly and helpful staff members, delicious restaurant, convenient stores in the hotel, pool was refreshing and the Jacuzzi was comfortable and relaxing, everything was so clean and my room was very welcoming, cozy and sparkly clean.

Negative: The fact that I have already rated this once and now I feel like I'm being harassed by booking.com, I loved my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton but these emails that continue to beg me to rate my stay when it's already been completed once is getting absolutely ridiculous.... I am not rating this again! This is becoming a harassment charge very quickly....

Summary: Wonderful stay, alrdy rated once constant emails askn me to rate my stay are borderline harassment!
