Summary: The room rate was good. Our room looked cleaned, but certain things needed attention. There were a few stains on the floor lamp shade. In the bathroom, there were a few stains on one wall. The barn door/bathroom door only closed easily half way . Then after that, you had to forcefully pull it closed. But when you did that, it was almost impossible to open it from the inside. So someone on the other side of the bathroom had to forcefully open the door. We ended up only closing the barn door half way so not to deal with the door issue. There were a ton of scratches on the door frame molding. The Kleenex was like sandpaper. ? Brand . The toilet paper was a little better ( Angel soft brand) considering this is part of the Hilton chain of hotels, I would have expected better tissues and TP. There was Crabtree & Evelyn body gel, soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom which was very nice. The beds were super comfy.

Summary: The room was dingy and carpet was stained/dirty. Bathroom walls were warped and the shower pressure was awful. Toilet made a strange sound after you flushed. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean!
