Summary: Visiting during the College World Series so I understand things are a bit strained from a staffing perspective. That said, our first room (we requested a new one) had a very used soap bar in the shower, leaking toilet tank thru the flush handle, & mold on the shower curtain. Food situation was busted....I'll keep it at that. The shuttle service and drivers were the loan bright spot. Actually, the staff behind the desk did thier best fielding what I could see/hear as an endless list of complaints....their was a clip board pages deep.

Summary: staff was very nice and everything was clean but the elevators stopped working so i had to walk down 11 flights of stairs or wait a very long time for the elevator plus the elevator got stuck so i woke up twice from alarms going off which was not pleasant

Summary: No body wash,I had to use shampoo.The shower handle and bathtub faucet were falling off.I could only get hot or cold water,if I tried to put in the middle the shower head would only dribble out.Everything the bathroom was old,moldy and cheaply done.City Pub was expensive for what you got and it wasn’t all that great of food.Only thing pleasant was the staff

Summary: The hotel at check-in was delayed due to no internet for the past several hours, could not confirm my reservation even though I had my confirmation paperwork. Cold air blowing out of vents, but front desk sent someone to look at the trouble over and hour before they responded.
