Summary: The front desk lady really nice and attentive. The inly problem I had was with the house keeping. No shower gel. I called the front desk it took 2 hours for the guy bring me the shower gel. It doesn look like a doubletree by hilton. But for the location and price it was okay.

Summary: The rooms need blankets for the bed. I was cold. It would have been nice to have room service, but the restaurant attached to the hotel was good. The waiters were very nice. Overall, the hotel was nice and centrally located. I'd definitely stay there again. The parking, however, was expensive. $30 per day

Summary: The hotel was in very poor condition, especially regarding cleanliness. The entire 5th floor hallway was dirty, and right outside our room there was a cup lying on the stained carpet that was never picked up during our three-day stay. The airport shuttle service only operates during limited hours, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the direct entrance from Newark Penn Station to the hotel was closed the entire time, forcing us to cross a street filled with homeless people. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
