Positive: The building worked very well as a base. The room was a decent size and didn’t really have that much noise from the neighbours. The bed was comfortable enough and the food was nice.
Negative: The bathroom door didn’t fully close, the extraction fan wasn’t working - if there was one - explaining the mould on the ceiling around the shower. The staff at the bar weren’t the best, as it felt like I needed to go from pillar to post, but the receptionist was lovely. The TV needed two remotes and was inconsistent, small things but considering the cost and brand I expected a little more. Whilst the room was a decent size, it had a bunch of dead space in the corner. Probably would be better and cheaper to get a different room slightly smaller.
Summary: Wouldn’t return but did what we needed at the time.

Positive: Rooms was so nice, staff great. Kids loved pool but it was freezing cold.
Negative: No parking an had to pay a garage accross strdet daily. Also when check in was given 2 bfast cards an manager refused to admit this was going to charge us for re issuing cards even tho we paid for bfast Also alloww chaeges to room but dont cross ref with whats paid at bar so a drink bill was floating as was paid at bar
