Summary: It was an overall great weekend. The breakfast was not good and the waitress was awful site said there was a hot tub and there wasn’t and the pool was freezing

Summary: Excellent customer service! When we checked and some things were broken, the indoor pool and our room thermostat, they immediately corrected & compensated us better than we expected for some of the issues were beyond there control. They not only immediately moved us and upgraded our room They brought new keys to us within 3 minutes of us calling them, and helped us move our luggage just across the hall. They added the hot breakfast buffet and compt'd more of our stay. This hotels staff and management was extremely dedicated to making sure our stay was perfect, and more than we expected. We will absolutely be staying here again when we travel. We are also telling everyone about how great of service you get from this hotel, staff and management. We did them 10 Gold Stars!! Their Customer Service is top-notch! They made my family vacation a success, and my wife and kids happy. That is Priceless!!!!

Summary: The rooms were nicely remodeled and clean but the air conditioner did not work. It was very warm in the room. The on sight restaurant was advertised but no one was there to serve you. We waited around for the bar tender but he just kept saying he would be with us but kept attending the guys at the bar. We went somewhere off property to eat. The ladies at the front counter were friendly and offered delicious cookies. Overall it was pretty good.

Summary: No hand soap. We asked the front desk and they said they were out. So we had to lean over and get soap from the shower dispenser attached to the shower wall every time we needed to wash our hands. Also, we booked a King room but when we arrived they were out. Breakfast was not good. Cold coffee, no cream. I wouldn’t pay for it. The whole place is pretty run down.

Summary: First room was so humid we had to switch to a second room, in the 2nd room no matter what we did we couldn't not get the temperature above 67°. Pool is way we too cold to use and the hot tub was broken and removed. Noon of this was mentioned on there site.

Summary: And that's a good thing! The fact that they had a laundry bag, an actual closet with hangers, a safe, a fridge, a hairdryer, hair and body products available, AND curtains that close completely and were not just for decoration were incredible. It really felt like a timecapsule of a hotel from the mid-2000s or before were a hotel looked, felt, and operated like your temporary home. And the sheets weren't the polyester nightmare that so many other hotels insist on! I was able to temperature regulate instead of slowly steaming my skin all night. Fantastic staff, fantastic stay, highly, highly recommend!

Summary: There were baseball teams there so its to be expected a little. But we were sitting outside the pool area and the boys were throwing footballs from 2nd floor and kept hitting us. We asked them to stop but seem to get worse. The front desk DID talk to them 1 time but it never stopped.

Summary: Everything was great except for being charged for what we thought was a free continental breakfast. We were never told it was not free . I feel like that should have been made clear from the start. And no complimentary coffee n the Lobby was also disappointing.
