Summary: I stay in this hotel every time when I go to events at SNHU arena. Great hotel, nice and safe location, clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Summary: The room showed major signs of wear & tear. Carpet torn and stained in spots, trim metals on furniture flaking off. Not Hilton quality. Very loud noise transfer from other rooms, road noise from traffic, not a very restful trip.

Summary: I’ve stayed here many times and never had any issues. This time around, both nights that we ate at the hotel we received dirty wine glasses. When we requested new ones… those were dirty as well. I also requested daily room service as I was stayed for 6 nights. The room wasn’t cleaned for 4 days despite my requests. Finally, the tall skinny young man who worked the evening shift was extremely rude and condescending. He has brown hair. 0/10 for him. I’m shocked he works in customer service.

Summary: Hotel was very clean, nice amenities and food/cocktail options. Kids loved the pool too! Close to cute stores and restaurants (the Bookery, Granite State Chocolate, SEE science center). Would absolutely stay again!!
