Summary: The hotel was huge and offered an impressive range of amenities, with everything you could possibly need. There were multiple outdoor pools, as well as a massive indoor pool. We particularly loved the breakfast buffet, which had a fantastic variety of options. They had halal sausages for Muslim visitors. We did encounter an issue with our initial room, as there were quite a lot of ants on the tables and floor. However, after raising the issue with the hotel, they arranged a room change without any hassle. Overall, the staff handled the situation well and made the process smooth. Ultimately, we had an amazing stay apart from one hiccup, and we would definitely recommend to others and stay again!

Summary: Hotel was clean & rooms were comfortable. The bathroom was clean but the shower flooded the floor everytime, you just needed to be careful as it was slippery. Our balcony didnt have a light which was strange, but we were out every night so didnt bother us. Our balcony door didnt lock either but we were on 3rd floor so again wasnt a major concern. Overall we would stay again.

Summary: Everything about our stay was fantastic. The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was easily one of the highlights of the hotel. Every member of the staff was helpful and friendly, but Nina at the front desk deserves a extra big thank you for being so helpful and kind. I would book again!
