Summary: We have been Hilton Honors members for decades and used the DoubleTree family many many times and we have always been more than satisfied with our stays. Sadly not this time. It started with the elevators having several problems. Then during the early morning our toilet got stuck and wouldn't flush. It took over 2.5 hours to have someone from maintenance coming and fixing it. While we understand early hours and staff shortage it took also many calls to the front desk to finally been told what was going on.
