Summary: Stayed in a family deluxe room with my husband and 3 teenage kids. The hotel was fantastic and the addition of the free ferry from canary wards was brilliant, we loved it. The room was great and after a request before we arrived they gave us a room with a balcony and an amazing view over the Thames! They staff were really helpful and accommodating. I wasn’t aware that the pillows would be feather, me and my daughter are allergic. They were realy quick in getting us suitable pillows which was greatly appreciated. Also the warm welcome cookies on arrival was also a great addition, especially after a stressful journey. They only thing I would say is that the room was a little tired and could do with being spruced up a little and a couple of chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy the view would be great! We were very impressed and would definitely recommend to others and would also stay again! Thank you to all for making it a pleasant stay! ☺️

Summary: Overall, hotel was grest. We were welcome withbthe traditional lovely cookies. It was welcoming to see theyd given my family two roo.s as oposed to the two double beds in a room, which I was online. Their boat taxi to the other side of the canary wharf was great to have. Only minus is their bath was so tiny that one adult size person could almost not fit in without your body touching either the wall of bath curtain

Summary: Been before this time just as good. The staff are lovely nothing is too much trouble ,friendly with a smile. No problem with rooms so clean helpful if you want something. So nice by the River Thames lovely at night.Its quiet nice for a break. Bus stop is outside not far from Station.Free water boat to go across river ,It’s so nice with balcony on top floor.
