Summary: The bathroom door slider was broken and would not shut all the way. They did not give us the room i paid for and the floor in front of the frig was soaked and very wet. Not what i was expecting from the Doubletree Hotel.

Summary: Hi, one of the person in our group had to leave one day earlier. The hotel charged 100$ as a penalty fee. They told us that Hotel.com could possibly refund this 100$. This would be greatly appreciated. Please see attached picture.
