Summary: Better second time around for a flight out of LAX. AC worked this time. Room clean. One in shower realized the soap dispenser empty 😭. Restaurant very limited for dinner. Breakfast buffet excellent and great price.

Summary: The front desk staff was helpful as possible but I never had my room cleaned not once in a 3 night stay. They informed me that the cleaners came every other day but they never came at all. Small thing but they did forget to give you the cookies in when checking in as they aren’t in the rooms any more

Summary: Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly both at check in and at the bar. Bed was okay, sheets/blankets felt a bit dirty, room had a funky odor, bathroom sink had standing water, and shower had a tiny leak. Staff sprayed down the room and found us a remote, so they were on it. Overall the room got the job done for the night. Free shuttle to airport, let them know at check-in. Outdoor spaces we nice and fresh, nice lighting. Drinks at the bar were good.

Summary: The hotel absolutely stinks of weed in the hallways out front and it seeps into the rooms sometimes also At the front desk they are more interested in the conversation with the colleagues then gust service In my 15 years of 100-200 nights in hotels this is in the top 5 of places I would not recommend The rooms and pool is also worn doors to the bathroom is hanging and can’t close

Summary: They said the shuttle bus operates 24 hours, but when we called, we were told that the last run is at 11 PM and the first run is at 6 AM. We have an early flight the following day, and they cannot accommodate us. What happened to the “24-hour shuttle bus” service that was advertised?

Summary: Make sure you read the EVERYTHING & fine print. When we check in there was no mention of parking fees when he asked if we have a car. After checking out I notice I didn’t receive my entire deposit back; $35 was for ‘covered parking’ which we only used the uncovered area. A notice or reminder of that fee would have been nice to know. Kinda killed our experience.
