Summary: The towels were changed but the room wasn’t cleaned during our four night stay, tea , coffee, water were not replenished and when I asked at reception I was told to go to the shop. The pool area was tired and lacking in towels, again we had to ask for them as the towel station was full of used towels, not a fresh one in sight.
