Positive: Pool area, kindness of staff when i needed to borrow a wheelchair
Negative: Breakfast was underwhelming. Also the restaurant was closed on all 3 days we were there (it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel, as i was on crutches so this was very disappointing)

Positive: Staff and location were amazing, facilities are great, cleanliness could have been improved, the view of the bosphorus was beautiful.
Negative: The room still had quite some dusty areas, and the conversation from the room next door was very easy to hear.

Positive: Loved how we were greeted, and the manager Mohammad tried to help us out by giving tips & information. Upgraded our room seeing that our family would be more conferable in a suite. The view was incredible. The room was clean and very well equipped. 5 minutes walk from the port. 5 minutes walk from the cutest markets & yummy food corners. Loved how quaint the neighborhood is.
Negative: Suggest to put a bidet in washrooms. And have toiletries ready upon check in :)

Positive: Our room was on the 10th Floor, we had a suite that was comfortable for a family of 4. The view was on the ocean. Location is fantastic. 5 mins walk from the ferry station. and 5 mins walk from local coffee shops and restaurants.
Negative: The wifi seem to not work so well.

Positive: Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was in a very convenient location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The gym was excellent and even had a Pilates reformer, which was a great surprise. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. The breakfast was amazing with so many delicious options, and the rooftop pool was absolutely beautiful. A special thank you to Recep, the chef at breakfast. He truly made our stay unforgettable. Every morning, my son and I looked forward to seeing him. He greeted us with a smile, remembered my son’s name, and made us feel genuinely cared for. His kindness and positive energy made us feel at home. He is truly an angel, and we won’t forget the warmth he brought to our vacation.
