Summary: I was able to make sure I got a room and an accessible shower. The room was good size and clean. However, the television would not receive several channels of which I wanted to watch. After notifying him on the second morning they came up right away and said we look into it by the time we left on our day the next morning the TV had not been fixed nor had anybody contacted us regarding the TV. When we checked out, they did give me credit and didn’t charge me for parking.

Summary: The staff are always so helpful and wonderful! I stay at this hotel often, have gotten to know many staff members by name, and they always go above and beyond to give the best customer service. The lobby also smells amazing!

Summary: I’ve stayed here twice and the best part of this hotel is the staff, hands down. Every single one of them is kind, helpful, and courteous, no matter the time of day. They offer free water bottles, and there is a little cafe open 24/7 for drinks and snacks. The carpet and some furniture are outdated and worn, but still clean. It seems like there were nice updates made (shower, counter, huge smart tv, bed), while others need replacing (desk chair was extremely worn and peeling, bathroom cabinets chipped and worn). The plumbing was a bit strange - I was on the 8th floor and had only very hot water coming from the sink and shower, even when turned all the way to cold. The toilet also has a very weak flush and sometimes doesn’t work at all the first time. Overall these are minor things that wouldn’t necessarily keep me from staying again, just some small things that would make the stay perfect!

Summary: Very nice hotel! Beautiful lobby with lots of seating areas and a little shop for snacks, with a counter for coffee, bagels etc. Beautiful room with comfortable beds and nice linens. Great location.

Summary: Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room as clean as possible. Unfortunately, the age and condition of the carpet made that difficult. As an Asian, I'm not accustomed to wearing shoes indoors, but the carpet was so old and dirty that I felt I had no choice but to keep my shoes on, which was quite uncomfortable. The furniture and room finishes also showed significant wear and tear. The leather chair was torn, the carpet looked overdue for replacement, and the bed sheets were noticeably worn. The restaurant was ok, but I was disappointed by the billing practices. A gratuity charge was automatically added to the bill without it being clearly explained, and then I was prompted to leave an additional tip on top of that. For a meal that cost around $100, I ended up paying approximately $185 after gratuity, service charges, and taxes. Paying nearly double the menu price felt excessive and left a negative impression. Not a place i recommend

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I booked this hotel because I was graduating and needed a place close to the theatre. I’m so glad we chose the Doubletree. The room was clean and perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the room also had a pull out sofa bed. The staff was so friendly. Definitely will stay again.
