Positive: The check in was very nice taken care of quickly the people were very polite and helpful. The room was very clean,the bed was very comfortable and the hallways were quite after 9pm.

Positive: I liked the room and the facilities were nice. Your name on the TV was nice and the text message to get info was good. Parking was helpful and were able to walk to the arena across the street.

Negative: It was hard to get drinks at the bar. Tip was included in the bill at the end, but didn't know so we were tipping with each drink. The surrounding area isn't great so it was hard to figure out where to eat. Breakfast should have been included in the room rate.

Positive: We have stayed at this Double Tree many times and have always been exceedingly happy with our stay. It’s always exceptionally clean with helpful happy staff. The hotel is consistently modern and well furnished.

Negative: The room we had at this visit was next to a railroad which we discovered while trying to sleep. Several trains, blasting horns, passed our room throughout the night. We did not sleep well because of it. Upon deciding to give up on sleep, at 3am, we got up to leave for the day. By accident, I noticed hotel provided ear plugs ( for the train noise) on a night table. We will definitely return to this Double Tree again and request a room on the other side of the hotel.
