Summary: The hotel was doing renovations and WiFi was awful. Good thing I was there only one night. Could not download files. Had to go to another location. Awful

Summary: Great location. Great restaurant in hotel. Good breakfast restaurants nearby. Some maintenance issues. Door to room didn't close or open easily. Bed frame must of been broken and repaired, because studs were sticking out which I hit and hurt my ankle on. Room had a bad smell. I think the carpet needed cleaning. AC needs a deflector as it blew directly on me and I ended up with a cold!

Summary: We have stayed here several times and generally enjoy it for the location on the Marina, walkability, and availability of staircases. However, on our most recent visit, one of the lamps in the room was so filthy that I was afraid to touch it. Also, there were a lot of hidden fees when booking through Hotels.com that turned me off to the app in general.

Summary: All I have to say is when a family book 2 room . They should be offering rooms next to the other. Upon request 2 twice once when we booked we called and the day before. We did not get rooms next to the other. I had a old mom and my kids. Also don't think front desk is friendly . It was upon check-in.

Summary: The place was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The hot tub could be a bit larger, but wasn't an issue as we were done by the time more people entered. Coffee is great, and the location is good. Plenty of stuff to see or do just walking..

Summary: The room was ok, none of the doors seemed to close properly, the shower door leaked water all over the floor, and the bathroom lighting was very dim.

Summary: As others have stated you have to pay $5 per day for parking ramp across the street-purchase at check-in and card is inserted and returned to you by machine for the length of stay no matter how many times you leave and return. Area appeared safe compared to other Racine locations. Breakfast was crazy for what was paid for- in middle of serving hours there were no plates and no hot food. Was told it would come out in 10 minutes. After an hour we ate muffins and had coffee and called it quits. We got our charge changed to continental instead of buffet when we checked out. (It should have been free of charge) We didn't attempt to eat there on the second morning. Rooms are updated nicely and lake location was beautiful with nice walking path.
