Summary: This was the worst experience I ever had at a doubletree hotel. I understand the system was down, but they were suppose to be calling people by a list, that didn’t happen. Then when I finally got to me, the room I received had trash under the bed and someone shirt hanging in the closet. They moved me to a new room . Then I asked for housekeeping if they could make the bed up and may I have some new pillowcase, while I never got the pillowcase until came back from dinner and had to go downstairs to ask for them again. I will not be going back to this doubletree in laurel again. I was very disappointed.
