Summary: The entire 5th floor smelled like marijuana. The staff were great, Hotel restaurant breakfast buffet was really good. Beautiful enterence area, great for just sitting and chatting. I probably would choose a different hotel next time.

Summary: The staff is a solid 5-star team—friendly, helpful, smiling, and courteous—from the front desk to the bar/restaurant to the cleaning crew. However, the facility itself is pretty dated and in need of attention. I would stay here again, but the prices are very high for a hotel in this condition.

Summary: The pool was closed “for maintenance” for most of my visit. No one was actively working in the pool area during that time. When it did open, it was very cold and the solarium windows were open. Breakfast was overpriced and the room was too. The staff were friendly but I would not stay here again.

Summary: At check in staff was nice. But after a long drive I finally arrived at the hotel around 1:30 am, got in my room, unpacked and got situated . My son was sleepy so he went straight to bed . I finally was able to get me a well deserved shower, but when I got in the shower it was no hot water! Very disappointed! At that point I decided that the best course of action was to make it quick and get it over with. I did not want to call the front desk and hear the suggestion of changing rooms after I was already settled . Nevertheless Disappointing.
