Summary: Dirty rooms! Other people’s body hair in the bathroom and sand all over the floor. Black mold on the shower walls. A customer ahead of me complained to 3 different people for their room to be cleaned and front desk cheerfully gave them the run around. Pool is also cold.

Summary: The gals at the front desk were so sweet and very helpful. There was also a gentleman that was also very helpful when we were trying to locate the washer and dryer. Our room was clean and cozy. The only thing that annoyed me was the fridge in the cupboard. It was so hot in there I felt like the fridge was having a hard time keeping up to stay cool. I couldn't leave the cupboard door open because we would keep running into it. But this was nothing major at all. Very nice place to stay at.

Summary: Disappointing performance from a Hilton. I prepaid for two breakfasts. The facility was not open to serve patrons on Sunday - no real explanation, no apology and lack-luster concern from the person on front desk on Aug 16th 2026. At least the breakfast was available on Monday morning when we checked out.

Summary: The room was very nice and refreshed. Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was not included but a full meal. Hot tub is very large and nice! The hotel is under renovation.

Summary: Shower and sink had hair from previous occupants. Called front desk and clerk came up and cleaned the shower. Threw the clump of hair in the toilet and never flushed the toilet. Room had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time based on the dust that was present. Elevator doors kept opening and closing as we were trying to leave, so had to take the stairs. Overall, disappointing for a Hilton property.

Summary: The pool was nice. The beds were very comfortable. Ample parking and close to downtown Holland, although not walking distance. The hotel is undergoing renovations and our room was updated.
