Summary: Family reunion in North Carolina. Great customer service. The shower head was rusted and unappealing and the main elevator was down so the service elevator was only option and it was small and cramped.

Summary: Front desk awesome!Hotel excellent,very clean and friendly.My only one complaint,the pool was under maintenance.My main purpose of the visit was the pool.No lie very safe place to stay!Oh and the cookies are free and hot and the best no joke.

Summary: When we arrived at the hotel around 330 pm there was a large number of people waiting in the lobby. Come to find out it was because they had no rooms ready to check all these people in to. We ended up having to wait about 30 minutes to get checked in. The worst part of the stay though was 315 am some kind of alarm woke us up. It was a continuous sound kind of like an alarm. We had to hunt around in the room to find the source and it was coming from the air filter area of the air conditioner. We called the desk. The girl was short with us, like we were bothering her. Whatever the alarm was finally stopped with no further issues. By this point we had been up for about a hour. Thankfully we were finally able to go back to sleep. The air filter in there was disgustingly dirty. Caked with dust. It hadn’t been changed for a very long time.
