Summary: Check in was easy and we were greeted by Sierra who gave us Hotel info including breakfast and coffee. Lobby was decorated for Christmas and it was lovely.

Summary: Our overall stay was good. At first I was taken aback from the front desk and how one young lady talked her guest as opposed to how my front desk staff talked to me. I chalked it up to young kids. The room was ok. Found some pet hair and women hair on the carpet. Need to do a better job of Cleaning. The breakfast was the worse part of my stay. Just wasn’t good( cold Food, limited options and an order from probably the water pipes.

Summary: Staff was friendly. Rooms were not ready at check-in but they were able to move us to different rooms on a higher floor. The hallways were loud late at night. The elevator wasn’t working well and then ended up out of order at the end of our stay.

Summary: Upon arrival at 10:15 pm no one at desk to let us in and no one answered the phone. Side parking lot doors not working with room key. Note posted on door. Room very dated although bed was not too bad. AC rattled. In the morning, both days, no regular coffee available in lobby. This hotel is not up to Hilton hotel standards of other hotels we have stayed at over many years. Not satisfied with this stay/hotel.
