Summary: Good enough space for 4 people. Close to amenities. No breakfast despite Hotels.com saying it was included. Room outdated. Have us 2 towels for 4 people. Asked for more. Never delivered. Never delivered 1 extra pillow. Room with AC smelling like mold. Lots of threats towards my service dog as if he weren’t a service dog despite vest and registration presented, and excellent dog behavior. Unpleasant exchange during messaging before checkin. Overall a 2.5 stars. Wont stay there again.

Summary: Great staff. We arrived late as we drove in from Arizona. The staff was plentiful and very welcoming (even at that late hour) the room was very clean and comfortable. The freeway noise is very noticeable and kind of loud but if you just pretend that its real windy outside youll sleep just fine. 😄

Summary: Not a five star hotel but definitely a five star stay. Room was remodeled nicely with many nice touches of detail. Bathroom was nice, large and so clean. There was a lighted makeup mirror and a packet of makeup remover. I really loved the nightlight under the bathroom mirror. I always like a nightlight. The bed was huge, the pillows were fluffy and there was a reading light attached to the headboard of the bed. I had a small sofa in my room with lumbar pillow and a large, cushiony ottoman so I could put my feet up. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I will certainly stay there again when I go see my daughter in college.
