Summary: Nice clean room. View of both road bridges from our window. Room was made up next day without having to request it. The restaurant menu had a good selection & the views were amazing. Bus stop outside for trips into Edinburgh (frequent service) or towns round about. It’s the second time we’ve stayed here & wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Summary: The room had a beautiful view of the forth road bridge. It was spacious and immaculately clean with a super comfy bed with great pillows.

Summary: The bed and pillows as always really good. However the seal was damaged at window and as it was windy the curtains were blowing and the room was cold. We were ok once we turned up the heating. Also the ironing board cover was old and damaged so it wouldn't stay on iron. That said I did appreciate actually having an iron. As always the breakfast was lovely. We will definitely stay again.
