Summary: I was not impressed by the pizza £21 for a pepperoni which was to be honest not worth this.

Summary: Swimpool was small and overcrowded when we visited on Sunday afternoon. Great for motorway stop and hotel is dated but massive, so much room. In the room, the lobby, the bar....we loved it. Friendly staff especially at breakfast and regardless of other reviews, lots of choice and great quality. Definitely would visit again especially as it's Desi Bar country. We had dinner at The Hungry Elephant. Top top quality Indian food and enough left to take for next day dinner.

Summary: The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere with a clean and welcoming environment. Every member of staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and i had a restful sleep. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family and will be visiting again.

Summary: Enjoyed pool and spa. Room was clean, but more hooks needed to hang towels etc. also room was too dark for dressing in; bathroom didn’t have toiletry space

Summary: Much of the hotel felt a bit dated. However the room was clean and in good shape. I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order during our stay. The staff were extremely polite and professional.

Summary: The staff were not that friendly. The air con panel was broken in our room and the room was very cold. Rather than offering us another room where it was not broken we were just given a portable heater. The decor in the room was tired with wall paper peeking at the edges and shower screen leaked making water on a tired bathroom floor dangerous. Charging £8.00 a day for parking when you are on an industrial estate seems excessive and wasn’t a pleasant surprise.

Summary: The room was amazing, had air con so we were able to keep the room cool at night, the breakfast was extrnekey good and we will definitely use this hotel again if we are in the area!!!

Summary: A disappointing stay - on arrival my room’s A/C was set to 9 degrees, the photos of the swimming pool are very flattering, the hot water in my room failed to work for 2/4 showers (this was a building issue that weekend apparently), some plug sockets in the room didn’t work. Got woken up a few times in the night as the doors are very thin. I ended up getting a refund for my last night and leaving a day early
