Positive: The location is great. It’s in Guanyinqiao, within walking distance to the light rail station. There are big shopping malls and great restaurants nearby. Guests can go to the shopping center via the hotel lift, which was a lifesaver during the 40-degree days.

Negative: The downside is that the hotel is very old and the facilities are outdated. The bathroom smells really bad. One night, our room phone rang twice in the middle of the night, which the hotel explained as phone connection issues. The reception offered us free breakfast as compensation, but it was still a pretty annoying and scary experience.

Positive: The hotel staff provided excellent service, with particular recognition due to Manager Ms Yang. She demonstrated exceptional hospitality by enthusiastically recommending numerous local dining gems and even took the initiative to mark key locations on our map. While the interior decor shows some signs of aging with slightly worn carpeting and retro-style furniture, the property maintains remarkable cleanliness. The professional service and largely compensated for the slightly dated facilities, creating an overall satisfying accommodation experience that we would gladly revisit.
