Summary: Stayed here while visiting the Football HOF. Parking is limited and only free parking is on the side of the building between 6 pm and 8 am. Visible dust on furniture in room, and stains on leather furniture in bedroom of suite. We got a suite to avoid getting 2 rooms. The pull out couch did not have bedding or pillows. Called front desk to let them know, they transferred the call to housekeeping and we had to sit on hold for 10 minutes to wait for them to answer and it then took 15 more minutes for them to bring it to the room. Wasted 25 minutes when it should have been there in the first place. It was $351 and did not include breakfast, parking, or a clean room. Was very disappointed. I would recommend staying elsewhere when visiting Canton, OH.

Summary: Love this place. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is not a problem with a parking garage across the street. The area around the hotel is very quiet. Surprised by the exercise bike and workout station in the room. We will continue to stay here when we’re in Canton.
