Summary: Just an amazing property. It was well appointed and the owners couldn’t be more accommodating. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and the dock was perfect for the boat we rented. We had a blast. Also, the A/C was a workhorse since we came during the high heat of summer; kept us very comfortable. We will be back!

Summary: Our family of 8 ranging in age from adult down to 5 months stayed for 4 nights in March. We were in town for a basketball tournament for our daughter. While the temps were mild, we really enjoyed the outdoors surrounding the cabin. Our boys enjoyed fishing off the dock and we all enjoyed sitting around the campfire in the evening. I think the thing we enjoyed the most were the comfortable beds/bedding/pillows. Nothing was spared when it came to extras. Which leads me to mention the abundance of snacks, breakfast items, milk, juice, fruit, condiments, paper products, and toiletries. Joanne had a crib set up and ready to go along with extra blankets, baby bath towels, high chair, and bath tub mat available. It really felt like we were staying at a family members cabin...a home away from home. The cabin was very clean and the grounds were very well maintained. One thing to be aware of is the stairs which are very steep. I was a little concerned about our 3 year old getting up and down, but he got the hang of it and we had no issues. Joanne the owner was great to deal with and was always available if anything came up. We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

Summary: JoAnne's lake house is so much fun for families. The view from the porch and the two story dock is incredible. There are so many fun activities inside and out. I highly recommend JoAnne's house. She is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. Thanks, JoAnne!

Summary: If I could leave 10 stars I would. This Lake House is everything and much more. The views from the house deck over looking the lake is breathtaking. Joanne the owner thought of everything, I mean EVERYTHING. She had fruit, cereal, bagels, breakfast burrito, snack. milk, Chips, snack cakes ,juices. The list go's on and on. Shampoo, soaps and conditioner in all bathrooms. You have all the convenience of home when you rent this house. The fire pit was a hugh hit. The boat dock was amazing. I have rented a lot of vacation rentals and this by far was the best expirence I have ever had. Joanne is an amazing host and such a kind person. She made sure we had everything we needed and more. This house was so clean and inviting. If you rent from her you will not be disappointed. We will definitly be back.

Summary: Our family absolutely loved our long weekend! JoAnne was so thoughtful and kind! We felt like we were staying with family. The property and house are gorgeous! Beautiful views! We loved having our boat with us to explore the lake and JoAnne was super helpful in providing local info on boat ramp, marina, etc. Our family had fun with ping pong, foosball, and video games at night! Lake was everything we hoped for and the sunrises were unbelievable. So relaxing! Our only regret was that we didn’t book a longer stay! Looking forward to returning!

Summary: This property has everything you need in a lake house! It’s very clean, has Great Lake views, huge dock situated very close to house, it has Kayaks and long boards.The beds are so comfortable. The basement with a bedroom has a wonderful tv room with fun game boards. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our family time stay was. We will return!!! And the hostess is wonderful. She made sure we had everything we needed!

Summary: the winter pool was especially low making navigation and fishing on the lake a little more difficult, however the house more than made up for the inconvenience. The house was clean, thoughtfully stocked with everything you may need and situated perfectly on the lake. The host Joanne was helpful and there when you had a question.

Summary: When we passed through the gates to this property I knew we were in HEAVEN. The pictures of this property do not do it justice. The whole living room has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the lake. The owner has not spared any attention to detail, there were even snacks and drinks set up for us when we got there. This was by far the best experience we have ever had renting a property. You are also a short 30 minute drive into Chattanooga which is perfect!!
