Positive: We were made very welcome meeting Debbie on arrival bless her as she was busy preparing for the next day’s guests for the Tea rooms, Pub next door was a wonderful surprise great food and a nice selection of drinks for all .
Negative: Nothing really it was just a nice little relaxing weekend break away .
Summary: Thankyou Debbie and Steve for all your hard work we will seriously think about another stay with you in the future

Positive: Debbie and Steve were welcoming and friendly, the room (no. 9) was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were really good (Steve's cheese omelettes were legendary!) There is a simple app that was easy to download and instal for ordering breakfasts, and, even though I missed the deadline once or twice, the meal was always ready there for us in the morning! Thanks! The breakfast room overlooked a slow river that boasted kingfishers, though I never saw one.
Summary: Certainly somewhere I would stay again!

Positive: Had a lovely relaxing stay.The weather was extremely hot but Debbie did her very best to make sure it didnt affect our stay.The food we had there was amazing including the delicious cream tea we had.
Negative: Nothing that affected our lovely stay there.Hope to return sometime.

Positive: The property is all on ground level which is perfect for wheelchair users, it has a dedicated disabled car parking space and it’s the perfect location on the Somerset levels. Quiet with great views and a fab pub next door. The hosts are friendly, the breakfast are ordered via an app very easy to do and were delicious. The bathroom is very well kitted out for accessibility two sinks one lower, plenty of hand rails, shower chair, toilet riser and a wet room floor. We moved a couple of chairs so it was easier to get around the room but I could have managed. A lovely patio with chairs and table to sit out over looking a river great for wildlife spotting.
