Positive: Everything was great. The whole area has been recently developed, right next to the stadium. Free shuttle bus to MRT / mall.

Negative: Breakfast not suited to Europeans. Egg Benedict on tray but only just warm. No room service.

Positive: Location, Breakfast, Rooftop Bar and it was great for walking and dining/shopping.

Negative: Door to bathroom is very loud and cumbersome.

Positive: It's a very good transfer hotel with everything you need to recover of jetlag and board a cruise. Food is very carefully prepared, served and at the right temperature. The transport officer of the hotel is outstanding, and knows reliable drivers. Finally every one is friendly and helpful.

Negative: The knowledge of English is substandard. At breakfast nobody out of 4 people knew what bacon was, between different other examples on luggage, room refresh etc, etc. For a Dorsett hotel this is unacceptable. Furthermore the lighting in the room was full of fantasy depending the combination of lights used and the order in which lighted. Finally the service lorries are too large to permit a normal passage with a case or travel bag. And that for the price asked For me they're good but 4 and no five stars.

Positive: They upgraded my room, it was nice, I like the shower and the styling. The gym is very good for a hotel gym.

Negative: The breakfast was “semi” buffet, good that I didn’t pay for it. The location is a bit far from metro, but they provide a hotel shuttle every 30 minutes.
