Positive: The onsen facilities were great! Sauna and cold pool all available. And some free ice cream to cool you down after. Apple juice as a welcome drink was a nice touch too. Shower was powerful and warmed up instantly.

Negative: The room was extremely small! We didn’t expect the size from photos online. There’s no room to walk at all, we have to squeeze to let the other person pass to for example get clothes from the rack of one person is using the sink. The bed was pretty hard too.

Positive: Brilliant room with multiple sockets for charging devices.(Essential in 2025) Comfy bed with great pillows. Great roomy shower. Parking on site.

Negative: Very little. The coffee with breakfast wasn't great. That's about it!

Positive: Dormy inn is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Japan regarding value for money. Room was spacious (in comparison to other standards rooms in japan). Very clean and staff is super helpful and nice
