Summary: All facilities was very clean and comfortable. Very good location to go to Golf Course, entertainment and food.

Summary: I’m a regular Aomori visitor. I arrived Sunday to attend a seminar. I stayed 2 nights. I should have reserved 3 nights. This was one of the better stays in Aomori.

Summary: Fantastic hotel to stay at. Onsen and relaxation room were fantastic. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Rooms are very nice as well. The only thing I could possibly note are the pillows. I had to go out and buy one that was a more comfortable. But besides that one thing, the hotel is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: It was a most pleasant stay in my trip. Clean and good location. Breakfast was excellent. Hot spring in the middle of the city and on the top of the hotel, looking at the beautiful view of Aomori port with the cruise ship lit up at night. There were complimentary strawberry jelly in the fridge in the room. All the staff was courteous and helpful. I would love to stay in this hotel again.

Summary: around 10 mins easy walk from the train station, excellent hotel facilities, love the vibe on the 13F, and there are free apple juice and late night soba too, great value
