Positive: It was a great location. Just far enough out of town. I had asked for a first floor room, no questions asked, we got one.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind...be aware, though they charge you an extra fee as a deposit for smoking or room damage. I don't recall reading anything about that when booking. It is refunded, once they check your room after your departure.

Positive: The breakfast was a great surprise. Waffles, eggs, sausages, bacon, and all of the other continental breakfast items. It was great to have something warm before heading out into the cold.

Negative: It would have been nice to have a heavy blanket in the room. My mom was coId because we wanted the room cool at night. I also understand why they only clean the room by request and I like that they didn't come in the room, but we had to ask for more towels during our stay and the staff was happy to help.

Summary: Friendly, close to everything in Windham and clean, good-sized rooms.

Summary: We did have an issue with Roku tv and couldn’t get the channel to watch football game on Thanksgiving night. Desk clerk
