This spaciously designed beach house is the perfect choice for one or two families or friends seeking a luxurious holiday right on the beachfront of the glorious palm fringed Agnes Water surf beach.
With generous living areas over two levels, Don't Panic holiday house sleeps up to 10 people in 5 spacious bedrooms, has a resort style swimming pool & two separate living & kitchen areas. Ideally located on the Queensland coastline just 5hrs from Brisbane.

This private gated estate is governed by on-site body corp managers who are active with ensure regulations are met. Please ensure you are familiar with these terms & that the property is suitable for your group. Bookings are only accepted for families & quiet respectful people.
Regulations.
- Strict no after-hours noise policy applies from 9pm
- Loud music or anti-social behaviour is not tolerated.
- Properties prohibit large all adult group gatherings for party type events, buck, hens nights , weddings, 21sts etc
- Prohibit youth groups including schoolies
- Strict numbers as per registration form permitted only - visiting guests are not permitted within the estate.
- 20km speed limit always
- Strict maximum of 3 cars within the estate ( if you have a 4th car this will need to be parked outside the gated estate)
- If for some reason Management needs to attend due to complaints, you may be asked to vacate ( a refund will not be issued)
- No caravans or camping permitted at the properties
- Maximum of 1boat permitted ( this is part of the 3 vehicles permitted - so 2 car 1 boat for example)
- All parking needs to be on the property's grounds not neighbouring properties.
- The estate has a live-in body corp manager

Summary: Fantastic location, great house but mattresses were too firm and quite uncomfortable. Also needs new shower heads fitted to the property and Aircon in the living rooms would have been good for the price you pay. Otherwise really good!

Summary: Dont panic is a large comfortable clean home - its perfectly located in a gated community and a 20 meter walk to glorious Agnes Water beach. The north facing balcony extends the living area. Its an ideal home to share with extended family.

Summary: This is a beautiful property in the perfect setting. Living areas, kitchens and bedrooms are really nice, kitchens had everything we needed. Both the house and surroundings are exactly how the photos look. A couple of things that need definite attention however I'll mention them to the property manager as not worth mentioning here to distract from this awesome property 🙂

Summary: Don’t Panic house is in the perfect location for a family holiday . With direct access to the beach and close to the shops we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The house it’s self was very accommodating for our group, plenty of room for kids, teenagers and adults. There were a couple of maintenance issues which was noted and hopefully will be fixed before it’s booked again.

Summary: We had saved up long and hard to afford this holiday. We paid for a premium property because we felt as though we needed and had earned a premium holiday. Instead, the break was beset with issues. A very dangerous front step caused by rotting boards, missing lights and globes throughout the house, superficial levels of cleaning, a hot water system that was variable at best, a dishwasher that didnt wash dishes properly, a BBQ that had broken dials, incorrect wifi passwords, broken and missing remote controls, broken water dispenser in the fridge/freezer -the the list goes on. We raised the issues straight away with the property management company but it took until the penultimate day of the holiday for someone to visit and even then they only attended to a couple of the highlighted items. The location of the property inside a gated community and adjacent to the beach is second to none, its a huge shame the management issues detract so badly from the experience.

Summary: A once beautiful home in a fantastic location. The house is run-down and was dirty on arrival - dirty floors, used tissues under beds, sand in beds etc. The dishwasher doesn’t work, many broken fittings, shower fittings corroded up so hot water system wouldn’t work properly - had to get plumber. Boards rotten in front entry deck. These are just a few of the problems. For the price charged, expect the home to be in beautiful condition. Very unhappy with the home. Location, neighbours and Agnes Waters - beautiful.

Summary: Beautiful house in a great location. Disappointed with the wifi. House is marketed with free wifi. We were given 10 x 5 hour vouchers of which none worked. Went back to PRD and were given more vouchers of which none worked. My 2 teenagers were far from happy and I feel it is false advertising.
